Product Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, request a
Return Authorization (RA) number within twenty-one (21) days of receipt. All purchases are entitled to a full refund less a 25% restocking fee. Any return MUST include a copy of the original packing slip and a
Vorsat issued RA number. Refer to the
help page if you're experiencing issues with your product.
Hardware Warranties
Manufacturers warranties apply to all products sold on the
Vorsat website. Typical warranties protect against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a hardware defect arises within the warranty period,
