Tiernan ABR202A Satellite Receiver

Tiernan’s ABR202A digital audio receiver is a perfect solution for broadcasting audio by satellite. It serves as an excellent upgrade for the outdated ABR200 and ABR202 receivers and saves rack space by utilizing a 1RU chassis. A PC is no longer necessary for configuration. The easy-to-use front panel control allows for this unit to be set up and on air in minutes. Audio outputs, relay closures and auxilary data are consistant with previous units, so there’s no need for new cabling. The ABR202A is upgradeable to MCPC operation using a DVB-S or DVB-S2 Demodulator. CD-quality audio, RS-232 or RS-422 asynchronous data, receiver control signals, and cue signals (relay closures) are standard features on the ABR202A.
